The launch of the Alumni Programme within our practice demonstrates Ernst & Young's continued efforts to build a network of support for our employees, past and present, through our People First initiatives.

Ernst & Young Alumni Keeping in Touch

You, our alumni, are an important part of the Ernst & Young community. And we are committed to staying in touch with you. Wherever you are, our website can help you keep in contact with Ernst & Young's activities and successes.

During your time with the firm, you contributed to our success and helped us become the firm we are today. Even though you’ve moved on to other challenges, we consider you to be part of the extended Ernst & Young family.

Benefits of Joining

  • Networking. Joining Ernst & Young’s Alumni Programme will provide you with networking opportunities with former colleagues, industry peers and existing staff through our social events. Contacts with other alumni of Ernst & Young will support you in establishing life-long relationships. As an EY alumnus, you will have access to the EY Alumni Directory, listing all the EY alumni who have agreed to be included.
  • Referral Programme Scheme. As an alumnus, you can be rewarded with up to CZK 100,000 for referring a successful candidate to the firm. Rewards are part of our Referral Programme, which is designed to help us meet our goal of attracting and retaining high quality employees. Learn more in the People section.

Some of the people who have returned to the firm will be profiled in our alumni newsletter. Through being a part of the Ernst & Young Alumni community, you will have information about the various opportunities with the firm.
  • EY in Touch Newsletter. You will be sent our EY in Touch Newsletter, which will be published twice a year and will keep you informed about the latest developments and initiatives at the firm.
